Although many of our projects we are the prime contractor, CEI also subcontracts to general contractors on large commercial projects. We specialize in fire alarm installations, requiring knowledge and expertise of different systems. We have the capability to complete many facets of data communication, fiber optics, CAT 5 installations, telemetry installations, underground utilities, and all electrical phases.

2010 Hooppa Valley High School
CEI installed New Musco football lighting for Hooppa Valley H.S. Work consisted of horizontal boring for electrical conduits underneath synthetic track and football field, drilling and pouring light foundations, and new main electrical service.

2001 Chico State University Bookstore
CEI was a subcontractor for electrical installation at the CSU Chico BMU Bookstore. This project includes the seismic, ADA and renovation upgrade of the existing Bell Memorial Union Student Center. The BMU is a concrete building which includes a basement and two stories. Additionally, there will be two other buildings added to the south and east portions of the BMU. These will consist of a three-story Bookstore and a Multipurpose building. Also included are site work and all miscellaneous and related work required to complete the project.
