Seventy people, out of Redding
Work on jobs worth telling someone about
Careers
500kV substation bays, airfield lighting, dam cranes and treatment plants, on year-round public works out of Redding.
Because the crews self-perform the civil, mechanical and electrical, people here learn more trades than they would at a shop that subs everything but its own scope. The work is steady: public agencies bid in every economy.

- Proposal & Project Coordinator
Supports project management and estimating: submittals, RFIs, bid documents, procurement and proposal tracking.
- Foreman
Runs a field crew on public works electrical projects across Northern California.
- Assistant Project Manager
Works under a PM on active contracts: documentation, scheduling, coordination with owners and inspectors.
Nothing that fits? Field electricians, operators and coordinators are worth a resume any time.
